Using our Orders Web platform, you can monitor your inventory, order, verify delivery, and generate consumption reports. To interact with Orders Web:

1. Go to www.cadena.com.co
2. Enter your user name and password

You will see the following options:

• New order: Request the required reference numbers and quantities tied to a determined cost center.
• Create order using a previous order: Duplicate an order previously made.
• Order querying: Query all of the orders created using this application and their status: Approved, Being Prepared, Cancelled, and Pending Approval.
• Orders pending approval: This function is used when the customer requires that the orders prepared by one or more of the customer’s users be reviewed and approved by a designated accountable person.
• Update orders pending dispatch: See the approved orders that have not yet been dispatched.
• Massive order loading: Load outsourcing orders using a file in which several orders from one or more cost centers will be consolidated.
• Status report: Review each order and its dispatch and delivery status by outsourcing order reference number.

We offer you call center service, POP material printing, storage, distribution, exhibiting, inventory control, data management, and reverse logistics nationwide, with the capacity to simultaneously deliver and exhibit in different parts of the country. After the session, we send our customer an image of the assembled exhibit.
